Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Ensure the rug is rolled tightly and placed back in its original packaging or a heavy-duty plastic wrap to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at your nearest designated courier collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
